| Since the foundation of Intercontinental Trading Corp. in 1984, we have evolved from a Ggeneral Ttrading company to a company specializing in the promotion of lifestyle concepts through selected goods and services. Functionally, our capabilities now include importation, warehousing, distribution, retail and business consultancy services. Our five main product divisions each provide our suppliers and customerspartners with a management and operational structure designed specifically to maximize brand and market development. Our sixth and newest division, New ProductBusiness Development Division, was created to enable us to become more proactive in predicting trends and graspingunearthing opportunities. This division is of vital importance in the continuing diversification and growth of ITC and will spawnspin off many further self-sufficient operational divisions as prospects are solidified. To assist in this process our New York branch office was set up in 2003 to 'scout' for products and concepts at an early stage and to assess their marketability in Japan. >q@ |
