| 1985 | Industrial Division strengthens its position by initiating importation of European fireproof ship interior wall materials and extreme-temperature resistant paint / sealant for offshore rigs. |

| 1990 | Luxury Housing Division is inaugurated by ITC becoming primary importer / distributor of products from Town & Country Cedar Homes of USA. |
