Cigar Club, Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Trading Corp, opened its first Cigar Club cigar outlet on October 12th, 1992. This auspicious date was chosen because it represents the 500th year anniversary of Columbus discovering the ﾒnew continent.

Columbus was instrumental in introducing tobacco to Europe. Starting from Spanish and Portuguese royalty, tobacco and cigars spread through Europe rapidly and today, enthusiasts all over the world appreciate and enjoy cigars.
